For over a decade, Feel Good Futures Training has supported women into employment through educational training, personal development, career support, and compassionate pastoral care.
Through Feel Good Futures CIC, we are expanding our mission to create a holistic support hub for the women of Greater Manchester and beyond. We want to be a safe, welcoming space where a woman can access empathetic support from facilitators, guided by lived experience, who care.
We strongly believe every woman deserves access to holistic healing and therapies, healing movement, support and community, regardless of any financial barriers, mental health needs, or accessibility challenges. After all, this has helped even our own facilitators in their own journeys!
Alongside practical and emotional support, we offer trauma-informed experiences designed to promote connection & personal wellbeing including 1-1 holistic therapies, support groups, exercise classes, sound baths, mindful movement groups, therapeutic art sessions, and more.
Our vision is to become a trusted space women can turn to whenever they need support, whether they are seeking guidance, connection, holistic healing, or simply a place where they feel seen, heard, and valued.
We can't wait to welcome you to Feel Good Futures CIC!

Abby represents the transformative impact of our organization’s work. Having first engaged with Feel Good Futures Training during a period of personal adversity- in an abusive relationship, addicted to drugs and NEET, Abby has since become a key member of the leadership team. She now leads on social media, marketing, and facilitates our CIC programs, combining her professional skills with lived experience to create a safe, supportive and restorative environment where women feel comfortable enough to begin their healing journey with us.

We are always looking for women facilitators who can lead groups and assist with projects. If you have a skill... we want to hear from you!
Feel Good Futures CIC was set up by Paul Cosgrove, Emma Hurt and Abby Thomson after 10 years of training those who are vulnerable, disenfranchised or underconfident in beauty, holistic and aesthetics therapies through Feel Good Futures.
We noticed, over the years of training that there is a HUGE gap in holistic and community support that is accommodating and low cost. Instead, women who are in poverty, looking after children, or are disabled are expected to give up their valuable time and money just for some 'me-time'.
This is where Feel Good Futures CIC comes in. Alongside training, we want to provide holistic and pastoral support for a low cost to the women who need our services the most.
We aim to bridge the gap between private therapists and mental health waiting lists, creating a space where women can come and seek support, access holistic therapies, meet likeminded women and rediscover herself.
